The project entails the restoration of a small residential building within a private garden. The main façade has been redesigned with large glass openings, allowing a full fusion between the interior spaces and the surrounding garden.

Internally, the rectangular plan has been redesigned around a double height living room. A footbridge is connecting rooms on the first floor and it is anchored to the ground through a spiral stair wrapped in a concrete cylinder.
