Located in the heart of Brussels, the new office expansion spans both the Ground and Mezzanine levels in a thoughtfully designed split-level layout that fosters connectivity and flow across the space.
True to Bloomberg’s distinctive style, visitors are welcomed into a calm, curated entrance and reception area. Adjacent to this front-of-house zone is a dedicated pantry, along with a purpose-built auditorium designed to host a wide variety of events. The surrounding area features a pre-function space, four versatile meeting rooms, and the primary desking zone. With the completion of the newly renovated expansion area, the floorplate is now unified, offering clear sightlines and a seamless spatial experience throughout the office.
The interior design embraces a dynamic yet refined palette—featuring vibrant colour accents, natural timber, and exposed concrete that highlight the architectural character of the original building. This harmonious blend of textures and tones creates a serene yet energising atmosphere for people working and visiting.
A newly constructed timber staircase connects the Ground and Mezzanine floors, enabling fluid movement between the levels. The Ground floor now also includes a relaxed breakout area enriched with biophilic design elements, a spacious meeting room, and a fully refurbished Media Studio—enhancing both collaboration and creativity within the workplace.
