The project entails the full internal refurbishment of an office space in the centre of Brussels.

The very defined program included a lobby with pantry area, three meeting rooms with different sizes, open space with work stations and an auditorium.

The program has been organized within the “L” shape floor plan characterized by the presence of structural concrete elements.

Due to the reduced floor clearance we decided to go for an open ceiling solution and therefore and accurate design of facilities.

In contrast to the existing irregular concrete elements the selected material are defined and smooth: wood, felt, glass and powder lacquered metal.
